Wednesday March 19 it’s “Chocolate Caramel Day”

Today is a sweet day in which is time for a delicious dessert.
Casual: Any hour of the day, eat some chocolate with caramel to enjoy a quick moment in which you feel satisfaction eating this delicious part of meal.
Committed: Make a big cake that has chocolate and caramel so you will enjoy it with your family and friends. Talk about the different types of chocolate they like.

Hard-Core: Make a lot of brownies with chocolate caramel and give it to the people of the street, not a little of sugar may affect people. It is delicious!
COLOR CHALLENGE:
Today’s color is brownie brown, it is a little bit dark color but it fit with the chocolate that we are going to give to people so it will be a great choice. Combine it with sweet colors like yellow or pink so it would look in a very spring colors and will bright very cool.






Vegetable Wednesday Presents:
Spinach Salad
1 1/2 cup(s) coarse bulgur
1 teaspoon(s) finely grated lemon zest
1/4 cup(s) fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoon(s) chopped dill
1/2 cup(s) extra-virgin olive oil
1 pound(s) large cooked shrimp, shelled
3 cup(s) baby spinach
4 radishes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoon(s) pine nuts
Kosher salt and freshly ground pepper

Directions:
In a bowl, cover the bulgur with warm tap water. Let stand until the grains are tender, about 2 hours. Drain the bulgur well.
In a large bowl, whisk the lemon zest with the lemon juice and chopped dill. Whisk in the olive oil. Add the bulgur, shrimp, baby spinach, sliced radishes, and pine nuts and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
